The whole action takes place in a tram. Silviu Moisă, a mentally challenged citizen, is in the midst of an election campaign. He rambles on about how well suited he is to the role of President, while handing out promotional materials to the other passengers designed to bolster his "candidate" image. You seem to recognize him, don't you? "The madman in the tram". We all know such a character, but don't underestimate Silviu Moisă. He is an "up-to-date" man: he has Facebook, WhatsApp and watches the most interesting shows on Discovery and Viasat History.

As the title suggests, the play is a mixture of antinomian experiences of the slightly bipolar character: an inner rage that he transmits to the spectators, who are passengers in this symbolic tram. They can choose to get involved or not. He doesn't care, because he knows what he has to do. In all the mental debauchery that he sometimes manifests, what he says is painfully lucid: "You know what's the saddest thing? That people like me have come to tell the truth. This is the truth. And I scream it in front of you! It's a bit sad, isn't it?”
