Lajos Néveri, a former theater tailor, can no longer leave the house, since his beloved boss, the famous diva, died. One day, his next-door neighbor, M, knocks on the door of this special man, because Lajos flooded her apartment. From their first meeting, M accepts all the quirks of this man... She wants to become a writer, but since there is no better way, she works as a journalist at an unsophisticated tabloid. Her life is further complicated by her clingy mother, who continues to criticize her and tire her with all her problems. Then, the woman goes to Lajos' apartment uninvited...

M tries to get Lajos out of his apathy and out of his apartment. This task is not easy, but for this determined woman there are no obstacles…
