Tip of the Iceberg – A multinational company is shaken by the suicides of three of its employees, all of which happened in less than 5 months. From the headquarters of the company in Madrid, Sofia Cuevas is sent to investigate what happened. Arriving at the scene, she tries to find the answer to the question: "why do company employees commit suicide?". In her meetings with people in the company, in the interactions and relationships between them, the woman notices a charged atmosphere, where there is no consideration for individuals, because the final results of their work are what matter most.
