[...] Everything happens in today's world and everything takes the form not of a story from a slum, but of a neighborhood story. Neighborhood on the edge of a large urban settlement that can very well be a neighborhood on the edge of the world. But also of history. The script, as well as the show created by the director Victor Ioan Frunză and the set designer Adriana Grand, rely on an extremely intelligent ambivalence and how it could not be more attractive. Ideational and theatrical. Yes, it may very well be that the said neighborhood will continue to be one of today's Bucharest, remaining, as in the interwar period, a city of huge contrasts."
