The collective dream is no longer American, nor European, and often it is not even local. Conflicts, corruption and stagnation seem to have killed the hope of a better future together. But our fence works, it survives. What happens when a stranger enters our fence? What does this stranger reveal and how does he change us, who, in his annoyingly innocent passage, will probably forget everything about our little corner of the world? 20 years after Cristian Nemescu's death, DREAMIN' raises the same questions, under a different focal length, and does not shy away from adding new ones, of the present.
