The sixth day of FITO | September 28, 2018

The sixth day of the Oradea International Theater Festival offers spectators three shows that are in the competition section - Short Theater Festival. The judging will have a busy day, but the challenge is sure to be an exciting one as the show proposals are up to par.

From 5:00 p.m., at Sala Arcadia, Unteatru Bucharest offers the Oradea audience a show starring the actors Constantin Cojocaru and Gelu Nițu: "Vârstele lunii", by Sam Shepard, directed by Toma Dănilă.

From 7:00 p.m., at the Great Hall of the Theater, the "Eugen Ionesco" National Theater from Chisinau, Republic of Moldova, crossed the Prut and came all the way to Oradea to delight the audience and convince the jury with the performance "Heat in November" , by Yana Dobreva, directed by Petru Vutcarau.

Before entering the show, we invite you to stop by the "Books for a Monument" stand, which is located in the foyer at the entrance to the theater. Writers and historians who have published works at the Arca publishing house offer their books to the public, and the amount collected from their sale will be donated for the reconstruction of the Greek-Catholic Episcopal Palace. Don't forget the urns that are also in the entrance foyer, where you can donate to the same humanitarian cause: the reconstruction of the Greek-Catholic Episcopal Palace.

From 21:00, at the House of Culture of the Trade Unions (with the audience on stage), the "Ioan Slavici" Classical Theater in Arad presents the show "Father", by Florian Zeller, directed by Radu Iacoban - a tragic-comic mystery, a story sober and realistic family, an emotional and poignant look at the world through the eyes of a man suffering from dementia.
