The first three days of the 6th edition of the Oradea International Theater Festival have ended, leaving behind performances that will remain imprinted in the memory of the spectators for a long time. We are preparing for the fourth day of the festival with just as much enthusiasm.
The day begins with a show that is part of the competition section - the Short Theater Festival, from 6:00 p.m., at the Great Hall of the Theater: "Edward Gant's amazing loneliness numbers", by Anthony Neilson, directed by Dragoș Alexandru Mușoiu, presented by the "Fani Tardini" Theater in Galați, where spectators who buy tickets from now on have a special discount: when you buy a ticket, you get one free.
From 19:00 at Studio Szigligeti Hall, Trap Door Theater from the United States of America invites you to the performance "Occidental Express", a text written by Matei Vișniec and directed by Szabo K. Istvan. The seats at the performance have been sold out for almost a week.
From 8:00 p.m., at Sala Arcadia, two totally different men discover that their destinies are united by their love for the same woman: "Enigmatic Variations", by Eric Emmanuel Schmitt, directed by Elvira Rîmbu, presented by the Regina Maria Theater in Oradea.
The day ends with a "Story from Transylvania/ Erdély Mese", a performance based on the play "Tara Zânelor" by George Ștefan, directed by Andi Gherghe and presented by Centrul Multimedia Studio Act, Oradea, which plays from 9:00 p.m. , at Studio Act.
The Oradea International Theater Festival is organized by the Regina Maria Theater, in partnership with the Bihor County Council, the Oradea City Hall, the FITO Cultural Foundation and UNITER.
